How To Use And Login ParentPay

ParentPay is a website that lets you make online payments to school. As well as paying money in, it also has information about your school account and makes it easy to check what money's been paid in or taken out. It can even let you put certain things direct from your bank into your child's lunch box!

Login Page

The ParentPay login page has changed recently, so if you have an old address book please delete it before logging in for the first time. The new address book will automatically show only schools that use ParentPay. You can edit entries by clicking on a school name once logged in. If there are no schools listed yet then please wait a few days and try again.

Next, enter your username and password. If you've forgotten these, email the school who should be able to tell you.

If this doesn't work then please contact ParentPay .

Logging In

Once logged in, use the buttons at the top of the page to pay money into or out of your account; add or edit a child; view past transactions; change address details; and access an address book of all registered schools.

Other Pages

To see what's in store for parents and children using ParentPay go to the Help pages and click on 'What's New'. Here you can find answers to common questions from both schools and parents.

In addition, if any problems arise with making payments through ParentPay , have a look at the 'Frequently Asked Questions' section.

Finally, if you need to know more about how ParentPay works then click on the About Us button for an outline of the service and who runs it.
